Willow Lake Loan provides a free service that collects loan requests and passes them to lenders and partners that may choose to make an offer; it is not a lender.
We do not decide who receives credit, issue loans, broker loans for a fee, or set rates and terms. Lenders decide on their own whether to present an offer, and any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. We may be compensated by lenders, as described in our advertiser and lending disclosure. Content on the site, including guides and calculators, is for general information and is not financial, legal or tax advice.
No Promise of Approval or Terms
Willow Lake Loan does not promise that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, be approved, or receive any particular amount, rate, term or funding time.
Rates, fees and terms shown on the site are estimates for illustration. Your actual terms come only from the lender and depend on factors such as credit, income, state and the lender's own policies.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Do not submit a request on behalf of someone else or use another person's information.
- Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access systems without permission, or use automated tools to scrape or submit forms.
- Read each offer and agreement in full before you sign, and keep the amount within what your budget can repay.
- Keep the contact information you provided up to date so lenders can reach you.
Providing false information may be unlawful and may lead lenders to decline or cancel your application.
Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that Willow Lake Loan, lenders and partners in the Willow Lake Loan network, plus their service providers, may contact you about your request and related financial products.
That contact may come by phone call, text message or email at the numbers and addresses you provide, including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Consent to these marketing contacts is not a condition of receiving a loan. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, asking a caller to stop, or contacting us. Revoking consent with us does not stop contact from a lender that already has your request; contact that lender directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, design and software, belongs to Willow Lake Loan or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or republish site content without our prior written permission. The Willow Lake Loan name and logo may not be used without consent.
Third-Party Lenders and Websites
Lenders and partners that receive your request operate independently, and their websites, offers and policies are governed by their own terms.
We do not control and are not responsible for a lender's decisions, conduct, products, servicing or privacy practices. Review each lender's terms and privacy notice before you accept an offer.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on the site is complete or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Lake Loan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any loan.
That includes losses connected to a lender's decision, offer or loan terms, to delays or errors in transmitting your request, or to unauthorized access to data despite reasonable safeguards. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes and Contact
Willow Lake Loan may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
